I am an arbitrator, mediator and lawyer located in Vancouver, British Columbia who specializes in workplace conflict resolution in an arbitration and mediation practice with Vince Ready.
Prior to becoming a neutral, I exclusively practiced labour and employment law, working as a lawyer in both Ontario and British Columbia. In my more than ten years as legal counsel, I earned a reputation for acting with integrity and providing strategic and sensible representation to clients. My considerable experience in litigation and conflict resolution has provided me a pragmatic approach to addressing disputes fairly, efficiently and expeditiously.
I graduated from the University of Toronto with an honours B.A. in 2003 and a J.D. in 2007. I am currently completing a Masters of Law (LL.M.) specializing in Dispute Resolution at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
I’m available to assist parties across Canada.
